this hotel had a nice location, but sadly the rooms are so cramped and outdated, I almost missed my spa appointment because I couldn't move! I would have expected some complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but no luck there, the front desk staff seemed oblivious to my needs. I just couldn't give a good review.

Convenient walking distance to Hakata Station. Diverse dining options easily accessible nearby.
Room felt somewhat cramped and outdated for the price. The advertised upgrade to a comfort room didn't meet expectations, lacking the requested sofa and instead featuring unnecessary massage pillows. Check-in time after 2 PM can be inconvenient, with early check-in incurring additional fees.

Convenient stay near Hakata Station
The hotel's location is unbeatable, a quick walk from Hakata Station and surrounded by an array of dining options. A complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a delightful morning perk.
While the room was clean, it was somewhat compact, which made it challenging for us to navigate comfortably with luggage. Additionally, I found the heating a bit too intense at night.

The prime location near Hakata Station made this stay a breeze for exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting with a lost bag. Enjoying complimentary coffee in the lobby was a delightful bonus! Rooms were comfy and equipped with handy amenities. I’d surely choose this place again for my next Kyushu adventure.

Families will love it
The accessible location is just a couple minutes from the station and the staff was super helpful when we needed help with our bags. Having a mobile phone and an iPad in the room was unexpected and so convenient for browsing without using my own device.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for what you get it was still reasonable.

The hotel's proximity to the train station is unmatched, making it incredibly easy to travel around the area. The breakfast offerings highlight traditional homemade regional products that add a local touch to your stay. However, the rooms are on the smaller side, which can feel cramped, especially for pairs traveling together. While the cleanliness is commendable, the outdated furnishings detract from the overall experience.
